Yes, your instructor will always be available to support you. They want you to excel as a stringer and can assist you online or in person at any time.
If you miss your annual recertification by more than 6 months, your certified stringer status will be suspended.
We conduct a thorough investigation and share the results with both parties to ensure fairness and transparency.
Yes, BSW certified stringers must verify their professional stringing knowledge annually to stay current with updated stringing and racquet technology.
Yes, you can retake the theory test if you don’t pass on your first attempt. You have two more chances to retake the test. If you don’t pass after these attempts, you’ll need to wait 6 months before trying again.
If you lose your password, you can retrieve it via email by using the “Forgot Password” feature or by contacting BSW staff.
You can practice the theory test online. When ready, book a test date with our course instructor to complete both the theory and hands-on tests on the same day.
BSW certifications are valid for life. However, we recommend updating your knowledge of the latest stringing techniques and passing the exam annually.
Contact BSW staff to relocate your listing to a specific country. You’ll need to provide your stringer ID for verification.
